14 All-time Favorites From Lush !

I love lush products and they are an integral part of my skin routines. But as with all brands, they have their hits and misses too. There are many more products that I like from lush but the ones listed here are my all – time favorites and ones that I keep repurchasing. I have listed them according to their categories and I feel like lush does a great job mainly in these categories. I haven’t added my favorite bath bombs and bath bubbles as that would make a rather long list.

  1. Herbalism – Cleanser -78 dhs (you can buy it here)

What lush says about the product:

Nettles, rosemary and rice bran vinegar work to cleanse the skin, removing dirt and grease, leaving bright and beautifully clean skin. Chamomile blue oil and rose absolute are used for balancing skin tone. Rice bran and ground almonds will gently exfoliate the skin and when mixed with water, the almonds create a soft cleansing milk. Our chlorophyllin is extracted from alfalfa, which is rich in vitamins and minerals and is great for revitalising the skin.

My verdict:

This is my favorite cleanser from lush. I’ve repurchased this product countless times and one pot goes a long way. It is amazing for oily skinned beauties! During the winter when my skin tends to get a bit dry or due to the use of acne products, it is perfect for the scrubbing action due to ground almonds. With regular use I’ve also noticed fading of the old acne scars. I use this once in the morning and night.

2. Dark Angels -Fresh Cleanser – 78 Dhs – (you can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product:

This is for those of you who really like to scrub your skin to feel clean, with black sugar and charcoal to exfoliate, and rhassoul mud to deeply cleanse. We also use cold pressed avocado oil and vegetable glycerin to moisturize and soften your skin after all that scrubbing, leaving your skin feeling balanced and fresh. Sandalwood and rosewood oils give a rich, earthy fragrance and have a cooling and antiseptic effect on the skin. We buy our powdered charcoal locally in Dorset. It’s a great way to exfoliate and is deeply cleansing, whilst black sugar is in here to scrub away any dead skin cells, leaving you with bright, refreshed skin.

My verdict:

It is perfect for deep cleansing. Those days when your skin feels really dirty and dull, this is the perfect product for it. It feels my skin feeling smooth and soft. It is a little harsh and drying, so I won’t recommend it for everyday use.

3. Bûche de Noël- cleanser – 78 Dhs

What lush says about the product:

The mighty Bûche de Noël is food for your face and body, with festive ingredients including satsumas, cranberries and a drop of brandy. The fresh cleanser helps to bring back radiance to wintry skin: finely ground almonds, kaolin and fruits gently buff and clean. Cocoa butter softens the skin and balance is restored by its fragrant essential oils.

The verdict:

This was a limited edition product released just for the holidays, so I’m so sorry for including as you will not be able to get this now in the store or online but I absolutely love this cleanser. The only time I put my herbalism cleanser in the back shelf was to use this. It also contains almonds and is very similar to herbalism but I like it a little better.

4. Ocean Salt – Scrub – 95 Dhs for the small pot (you can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product:

Limes steeped in grapefruit and lashings of salt go into this invigorating face and body scrub. Sea salt is rich in minerals and is excellent for scrubbing away any dead skin. We also add rich, silky avocado butter, coconut oil and seaweed absolute to keep your skin soft, smooth and conditioned. If you feel you need a good scrub down, apply to dry skin and rub all over using circular motions, or for a more gentle buff, use on damp skin.

The verdict :

This scrub leaves my skin moisturized and soft. It does not dry your skin and leave it stripped off its natural oils. And it smells soo good. I’ve already mentioned this in a previous post.

5. Ro’s Argan – Body Conditioner – 205 Dhs (You can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product:

This is chock-a-block with delicious butters and oils to leave your skin looking plumped up, gorgeous, and smelling of roses. Take this into the shower or bath, massage over wet skin and rinse off just as you would a hair conditioner. We’ve used deeply nourishing Argan oil, which is thought to have anti-ageing properties as its rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids, and added Brazil nut and almond oils as well as cocoa, shea and cupuaçu butters to leave your skin supple and radiant.

The verdict:

Moisturizing the skin after a shower ensures glowing and soft skin. But it’s a rather tedious job and I get quite lazy to do it. That’s why this product is a savior. Thought its effects only last for an hour or two, it moisturizes your skin well. Again like all lush products its smells great like roses.

  1. Rose Jam – Shower Gel – 193 Dhs (You can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product:

Organic Turkish rose blends with sweet Fair Trade vanilla pod infusion from Western Uganda to lather skin in luscious, lingering scent. Nourishing Argan oil treats the body to some well-deserved conditioning, while a touch of Sicilian lemon and goji berry juice cleanses and brightens. You’ve been kissed by a rose.

My verdict:

All I can say is it smells so good and uplifts your mood. It is also nourishing for the skin.

7. Whoosh – Shower jelly – 40 Dhs (you can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product:

If you’re a little wobbly with overtiredness, Whoosh will give you the oomph you need. Its zingy fragrance and slinky feel will blast away fatigue, especially if you chill this jelly in the fridge or freezer beforehand. We’ve mixed seaweed, fresh citrus juices, rosemary and geranium oils into this pot. Scoop some of the gel out and use like a soap to cleanse and lift away dead skin cells, leaving you brighter and fresher.

My verdict:

This is a fun product, very cooling and refreshing. It smells really good. I don’t see it doing anything great for the skin though. I prefer getting the small pot as it’s easier to hold the jelly in your hand. Also you can put it in the fridge for an even more cooling sensation. Perfect for when you’ve had a tiring day.

8. Helping Hands – Hand Cream – Dhs 90 (you can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product?

Originally created with nurses in mind as well as all those with cracked and sore hands. Honey is a natural antiseptic and, together with lavender and African marigold essential oils, brings relief. An infusion of gentle chamomile helps to reduce redness, while linseed mucilage softens rough hands and helps to minimize cracking. Almond oil, shea butter and cocoa butter are what makes this cream so moisturizing, all bound in a loose emulsion that ensures it sinks in.

My verdict:

This is a simply wonderful hand cream. It’s very creamy and leaves your hands feeling soft for long. The best thing about it is that it gets absorbed into the skin real quick and is not greasy. My mum loves it too.

9. Dream Cream – Body Lotion – Dhs 140 (you can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product:

This simple cream works like a dream on upset skin: cooling and soothing ingredients like oat milk, rose water and chamomile blue oil calm down hot and itchy skin. That’s why it’s one of our bestsellers, with many of you telling us it gives great relief from eczema. We steep oats in hot water to make oat milk. Oats have long been used to treat eczema and cool skin down as they contain antihistamines, and we’ve added extra nourishment in the form of rose water, cocoa butter, organic extra virgin olive oil, and vegetable glycerin.

The Verdict:

This cream is amazing. It clears bumps from waxing and minor skin irritations. Overall it’s a wonderful cream. Great for oily skin.

10. Magnificent Moringa – Facial moisturizer – 310 Dhs (you can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product:

From the beautiful women of South America we heard whispers of rose hip oil‎, tales of Argan oil from Morocco and the chatter of Moringa in Ghana. We don’t believe there’s a miraculous, youth elixir hiding out there, but uniting the world’s most renowned beauty oils certainly creates magic. Discover an exotically-charged pot of loveliness which moisturizes and primes the face at the same time.

After warming a little between your fingers (or applying straight to your face), the rich texture will transform to a silky oil which sinks in, leaving your skin feeling velvety soft. In fact, your skin will feel so beautiful, you’ll want to keep stroking it! Magnificent Moringa moisturizer also holds your foundation in place, making it longer lasting. Its beautiful mortifying effect on skin is perfect for guys or gals.

My verdict:

I have combination oily skin, so my face requires moisturization but it also tends to get very oily in a few hours due to it. I was very doubtful to try this moisturizer because of its price tag but it is so amazing. It’s moisturizing and mortifying at the same time which is very puzzling but it works. My skin loves it. It does not cause any breakouts and make my skin look dull and dry. To justify the high price tag, it will last you a long time, a little product is enough to moisturize the entire face.

11. Feeling Younger – Skin tint – 80 Dhs (you can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product:

A light-reflecting skin tint made with oats, fragrant essential oils and cocoa butter for a gorgeous glow wherever you want it. Soothing oatmeal is combined with nourishing jojoba and almond oils as well as cocoa butter, and we blend in a pigment that reflects light. Use it on its own or under our Color Supplements to give your face a dewy radiance.

My verdict:

I’m not very impressed with the makeup from lush but this highlighter is bomb. It does not contain glitter and won’t give you an extreme highlighted look. So if that’s what you want, skip this product. This product gives you a natural within you sort of glow. It’s a cream product so it can emphasis dry patches on the skin.

12. Mask Of Magnaminty – Face Mask – 70 Dhs – (you can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product:

A multi-purpose mask with a mixture of gentle yet effective ingredients to clean, calm and clear the skin – now in a self-preserving formula.

Easily smoothed over the skin anywhere you like, this mask is made with peppermint oil to stimulate, marigold oil and chlorophyllin to treat the skin; evening primrose seeds and aduki beans to gently exfoliate as you remove it. There’s also mineral rich kaolin to nourish, antibacterial honey, and peppermint oil to stimulate the blood cells just under the surface of your skin to leave it looking bright and refreshed.

My Verdict:

It does exactly what it says. It helps keep my skin clear and clean. Make up glides so smoothly after applying this mask. An amazing masks for all skin types. It has a slight scrubbing effect too.

  1. Brazened Honey – 60 Dhs – (you can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product:

Wake up your skin with this fresh face mask containing fresh fennel, ginger root, parsley and coriander to detox and stimulate. We use a sage, rosemary and juniper berry infusion with cardamom and clove bud oils for their antiseptic qualities, fresh lime juice to cleanse the skin and free range eggs, honey and almond oil to soothe and moisturize. Smooth a generous layer of this mask onto your face and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.

My verdict:

Makes your skin clean and glowing. It stings a little so if you have sensitive skin, do a patch test.

14. Cupcake – 60 Dhs – (you can buy it here)

What Lush says about the product:

Rhassoul mud, which is highly absorbent, works with cocoa powder to draw out all the dirt and impurities and give a deep cleanse. Fresh mint stimulates and tones the skin, whilst linseed and cocoa butter soften and moisturize. Smooth a generous layer of this mask onto your face and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.

My verdict:

First of all, this mask smells wonderful and almost yummy. It tightens the skin, removes excess oil and cleans the pores. It contains cocoa!! What more do you want?

I hope you enjoyed the list. These are completely my opinions after using these products for so long. Everyone has different expectations from a product so if you hate any of these listed products and they don’t work for you, I do not mean to offend. Thank you and have a nice day!
